ORDER POLICY Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Ordering: We have several options for placing orders. You may order through our online catalog. You may also call in your order Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Customer Support will provide an Estimated Delivery Date. Credit: Established customer: Net 15 days from date of invoice. Only two outstanding invoices at a time. Past due invoices must be paid before new orders are filled. We reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on delinquent balances. The cost of collection/legal fees will be paid by the delinquent account. Credit terms are based on performance and are subject to change. Other payment terms are C.O.D. and Credit Card. Any Credit Card payment is authorized prior to shipment. Credit card payments will only be accepted at time of order or delivery. Only check or electronic payment will be accepted during the credit period. New Accounts: For all new account requests please email Newaccounts@trulygoodfoods.com A credit application will be furnished and must be completed in detail. All orders will be shipped C.O.D, official bank check, or payment in advance until credit is established. Major Credit Cards are also accepted and authorized prior to shipment of product. Shipping: We will ship as economically as possible using our own fleet or FedEx, depending on ac count locations. The Free Shipping Minimum is $350.00. Anything less than $350.00 shipping charg es will be applied to the invoice. Truly Good Foods only covers Dock-to-Dock charges. Truly Good Foods is not responsible for any additional Assessorial charges which include but are not limited to (sort &segment, inside delivery, liftgate charges, detention charges ETC). These charges will be billed directly from FedEx. TGF OS&D (Overage Shortages and Damages) Process to be completed within 72 hours of order receipt: 1. Inspection and Verify: • Upon receiving your shipment, inspect all items for accuracy in quantity and quality. • Compare the received items against your TGF invoice 2. Document: • Record any discrepancies (over, short, or damaged) on the delivery receipt or bill of lading. • Take detailed notes and photographs as evidence. 3. Notify: • Inform TGF Customer Support at customerservice@trulygoodfoods.com • Provide all necessary documentation and evidence to support your claim. TGF has Flexible Solutions to your OS&D claim: Such as quick replacements, refunds, or credits, please DO NOT deduct shortages or damages on your TGF invoices. Service Charge: A $25.00 service charge will be added for each returned check. Pick-Ups: Orders may be picked up at our warehouse Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 4:30 p.m. with a 4 hour notice.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to make comparable substitutions when necessary.
